How it Works:
Monthly memberships are $60/month.
This includes access to the entire facility during normal business hours for up 12 visits In that month. Visits must be scheduled.
Optional services of a customized exercise program and fitness assessment at additional fees
Physical Therapists are always onsite to assist you as needed with use of the equipment
or to ask questions

FREE INJURY SCREENING
Do you have pain in your muscles and/or joints and not sure if physical therapy will help?
Come in for your free screening. If we can’t help you, then we will refer you to a doctor that can help.
FREE FOOT ASSESSMENTS
Foot pain can occur for a number of reasons with all age groups. What many people may not realize is that custom-made insoles (orthotics) can relieve pain.Come in and see what the best option for you is.

Your evaluation and structured exercise program quickly got me started to recovery. In fact, it has allowed me to regain strength and flexibility in my knee to allow me to play winter golf. Yes, I am hooked on golf!!! Playing a local course was a challenge with snow still on the course, but using colored golf balls and wearing good foot wear allowed me to negotiate the fairway.
